A SMALL BIT OF SIMON ADVICE --

When forecasting in business, my rule is to give a number or give a date. Be very careful about giving both at the same time.

AND HERE ARE SOME ONE-LINERS YOU MIGHT FIND A WAY TO USE.

It's easier to be critical than be correct.
